Picture pulling up to your own suite in the morning. You open the glass garage door, and your office opens onto a courtyard of pavers set in turf. Downstairs is a tall, open floor. Upstairs is a loft with a railing that looks down over it.
There’s a private restroom, room for a kitchenette or a coffee bar, and on most suites a balcony over the courtyard. Grab a coffee at the café, take a call outside, meet a client upstairs. It’s private, it’s yours to customize, and it doesn’t look like anyone else’s office.
Location
Space with this much character usually sits on the edge of town. The Garage sits at Tennyson Parkway and Spring Creek Parkway, just off the Dallas North Tollway, surrounded by established neighborhoods, major employers and some of North Texas’s best dining and shopping.
Legacy West is about a mile up the road. Your team lives nearby, and so do your clients.

The spaces
Every office suite has the full ground floor. Choose how much loft you want above it.
01 · Mezzanine suite
The most open volume. A tall ground floor with a loft at the front, looking down over the space below. Great for studios, showrooms and teams that like room to move.
02 · Larger loft suite
The loft extends over about half the floor. Room for private offices or a conference table upstairs, with an open space below.
03 · Two-story suite
The upper level runs all the way across, with a balcony at the front and another at the back. Clients or production downstairs, the team upstairs.
